When your clients first visit your client portal, they might need a little help logging in. If they aren't sure of the portal URL, you'll need to grab it and send it to them.

How to Get Your Client Portal URL

To get your client portal URL:

1. Open the platform.
2. Go to Client Portal.
3. Click the Copy button next to the Client Portal URL.

How to Login to the Client Portal

When clients receive your URL, they'll be directed to the login screen. Here's how they can login to the client portal:

1. Enter your email address or phone number, then click Get login code.
2. Enter the code you received and click Login.

Save the Client Portal URL on a Device

For quick and easy access to your client portal, your clients can add your URL to their device's home screen. This allows them to get there with just a tap. Here’s how to do it:

For Android devices:

1. Open Google Chrome and go to the client portal URL.
2. In the top-right corner of your screen, tap the more options icon .
3. From the menu, select Add Home screen.
4. Tap Add to save it to your home screen.

For Apple devices:

1. Open Safari and go to the client portal URL.
2. Tap the Share icon .
3. Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
4. Optional: If you'd like, you can edit the title of the URL.
5. Tap Add to save it to your home screen.

Trouble with SMS?

SMS notifications need to be linked to your client's account. If they are, the verification code will be sent there first. If not, the system will automatically send the code to their email. If they still don’t receive it, they can click "Resend code" to have it sent to their email.
