Add vCita Contact Form Widget with HTML to your Drupal Site

Our Client Portal Widget can be deployed to any website using the full HTML code. This article will go over how to deploy the client portal widget to your Drupal website.
Please Note: Several website builders require a paid subscription to add plug-ins, edit the html, and\or edit the header or footer of the website's theme.

How to find your HTML Code
To deploy the Client Portal Widget using HTML code to your Yola website, you will first need to get the HTML code from your vCita.
Here are the steps to do so:
- From your vCita dashboard, navigate to Online Presence > Website Widgets
- This section contains all the widgets available for you to integrate with your website
- Click on the "Add To Website" button, under the Contact Form option
- The Where is your Website? window will open
- Select Other Websites (HTML) found at the bottom of the list
- Highlight and copy all of the code in the box
You've now copied the HTML code needed to add the widget to your Drupal website.
How to Deploy to Drupal
Now that you have your HTML code, you are ready to deploy the widget to your website on Drupal!
Here are the steps to do so:
- Navigate to your Drupal website
- Select the Structure option from the toolbar at the top of the page
- Click on the Block layout link
- 4. Click on the Custom block library tab
- Click on the +Add custom block button
- Click the Source button, then paste the code in the Body section
- Under the Text format section, select Full HTML.
- Click on the Save button to save your changes
- Go back to Structure, then click on Block layout
- On the Block layout page, scroll down to Footer first and click on the Place block button
- Once on the Place block page, locate the new block you created and click the Place block button
- The next page will direct you to where you can configure the newly created block
- Once you click on the Save block button, it will bring you back to the Block layout page, where you will see the new block showing under Footer first
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on Save blocks to save your changes
- This will show you that your new block settings have been updated
- Now the widget will be deployed on your website.
