How to find your HTML Code
To deploy the Client Portal Widget using HTML code to your Wordpress website, you will first need to get the HTML code from your vCita.
Here are the steps to do so:
- From your vCita dashboard, navigate to Online Presence > Website Widgets
- Click on the "Add To Website" button, under the Additional Widgets option
- The Where is your Website? window will open
- Select Other Websites (HTML) found at the bottom of the list
- Highlight and copy all of the code in the box
You've now copied the HTML code needed to add the widget to your Wordpress website.
How to Deploy to Wordpress
Now that you have your HTML code, you are ready to deploy the widget to your website on Wordpress!
Here are the steps to do so:
- Navigate to your Wordpress account and open the WP Admin
- Navigate to the page where you would like to add the widget
- Add a Custom HTML block
- Paste the copied HTML code into the block
- Click on Update
- Open your website and the widget should now be displaying
