Our Contact Form Widget can be deployed to any website using the full HTML code. This article will go over how to deploy the contact form widget to your Typepad website. 

Please Note: Several website builders require a paid subscription to add plug-ins, edit the html, and\or edit the header or footer of the website's theme.

How to find your HTML Code

To deploy the Contact Form Widget using HTML code to your Typepad website, you will first need to get the HTML code from your vCita.

Here are the steps to do so:

1. From your vCita dashboard, navigate to Online Presence > Website Widgets
   • This section contains all the widgets available for you to integrate with your website
2. Click on the "Add To Website" button, under the Contact Form Widget option
   
3. The Where is your Website? window will open
4. Select Other Websites (HTML) found at the bottom of the list
5. Highlight and copy all of the code in the box 

You've now copied the HTML code needed to add the widget to your Typepad website.

How to Deploy to Typepad

Now that you have your HTML code, you are ready to deploy the widget to your website on Typepad

Here are the steps to do so:

1. Navigate to your Typepad website and open the Website Builder
2. Select the Design tab
3. Click on Content on the left sidebar
4. Under the Categories column, select Widgets
5. Under the Modules column, select Embed your own HTML
6. Under the Details column, click on Add this module
   
7. Add a descriptive title for the widget to the Label field
8. Paste the copied HTML Code into the HTML text box
9. Click on OK
   
   
10. Now, the widget is ready to be deployed - just click Save Changes
    
    
11. Open your website and the widget should now be displaying

Note: If the contact form has a scroll bar due to the number of fields in the contact form and this is not the desired result, the height can be increased to make the form longer by editing the widget that was just created. Follow these steps:

1. When editing your website, navigate to: Design tab > Content > My Blog > vCita Contact Form widget > Pencil icon to edit the widget
   
2. Increase the value between the quotation marks of the height 
3. Click the "OK" button
   
4. Now, the widget is ready to be deployed - just click Save Changes
   
   
5. Open your website and the widget should now be displaying with the adjusted height
6. Continue to edit the value to get the desired result if needed
