I Cancelled My Subscription, but my Clients and I are Still Getting Reminders
If you have canceled your subscription but you and/or your client(s) are still getting vCita reminders, there are a few factors that could lead to the notifications still being triggered:
- There are appointments/events still on your vcita calendar that are sending out reminders.
- There are overdue invoices that need to be collected.
If you have canceled your subscription and can no longer log into your account to stop these notifications, please reach out to our Support Team with your name and the email address associated with your account, and they will be happy to assist further!
