Set a Follow-up Reminder
Follow-up reminders are internal reminders that will help keep you on track. This can be done from your vcita Inbox, or in the client card. Once a reminder is set, the message(s) will be added to the Follow Up folder of your Inbox, and you will receive an email at the designated time.
Important: Follow up reminders are for internal, personal use only.
Set a Reminder in the Inbox
In your Inbox,
- Select messages with the checkboxes.
- Click on the Remind me in... button that appears at the top of the inbox.
- Select the date and time that you would like to be reminded and add a note if necessary.
- Click Save.
The message will be moved to your Follow Up folder.
Set a Reminder in the Client Card
Start in the client card.
- Click the Remind me in button found at the top of the client card.
- Select the date and time that you would like to be reminded and add a note if necessary.
- Click Save.
A client with a reminder associated will have a notification marker in the upper right-hand corner of the Conversation tab.
Tip: Leave yourself an internal note in the Notes tab so you can quickly reorient yourself after receiving the reminder!
Manage and Delete Reminders
You can delete reminders from the Follow up folder in the Inbox.
Or use the Reminder Options on a client card with a reminder associated to cancel or complete it.
