How Do I Customize Reminders for a Specific Service?
Note: Customized Reminders at the Service Level are a Platinum Feature.
To customize your reminders for an individual service, follow these steps:
- Go to: Settings > My Services
- Click on the service you would like to customize the reminders on
- Scroll down to the Client notifications category
- Under Reminders, select "Customize"
- Set the reminders for this service
- Once configured, click the "Done" button at the top
Once you hit the "Done" button, your service will update automatically, and all appointments for this service going forward will be with these custom reminders.
Please Note: The custom reminder time frame set is going to override the default reminders set in Settings > Auto Client Messages. Any updates made to your default reminders will not affect services with customized reminders. Services with custom reminders will need to be updated individually.
