Creating a backup? Learn how to seamlessly export your client information from our platform.
You can export up to 2000 clients at once. If you need to export more data, we recommend applying filters to export your client list in batches. We'll also cover that below.
Exporting Client Data
To export client data:
- Open the platform.
- Click Clients.
- In the top corner, click the export icon
.
- Under "Columns", select All or Custom to apply filters.
- If "Custom" is selected: Click the relevant filter, then click anywhere outside of the box. Repeat to add additional filters.
Tip: When filtering clients, use "First Name" to filter alphabetically, or the "Creation Date" (When clients were added to the platform) to best streamline your data.
- Under "Rows", select All or Filtered if you have filters applied.
- Under "Format", select CSV or Excel.
- Click Download.
You can now find your exported data in the "Downloads" folder of your browser.
