Editing Announcements and Automated Campaigns
Start with a vcita template or build an announcement from scratch and use vcita's campaign editor to quickly create beautiful, on-brand campaigns.
The Campaign Editor
To open the campaign editor:
- Start in your vcita dashboard and navigate to Marketing > Announcements/Automated Campaigns depending on which type of campaign you want to edit.
- Next to the campaign you want to edit:
- If the Announcement has never been sent, click the Edit button.
- If the Announcement has been sent before, click and then select Edit.
You will then be able to access the campaign editor.
Note: The campaign template is fixed. You cannot add additional images and buttons, for example.

Campaign Message Text
- Click on any text box to start typing. The text editor tools will appear.
- To insert a placeholder, click Insert.
- Click Done to save your changes.
The Call to Action Button
- Click on the pencil icon which appears when you hover over the call to action button to bring up the button editor.
- Action summary: Click Edit to adjust the action (for example, from promoting one service type to promoting a different service type). Click Change action to use a different call to action entirely.
- Button text: The text which appears on the button.
- Button color: Pick a button color.
- Button text color: Choose a color for the text on the button.
- Click Done to save your changes.
Campaign Image
- Click on the image to select or change the image.
- Choose from our gallery or switch to the Upload your own image tab to upload your own.
The recommended image size is 2288 x 1498 (High resolution) or 1373 x 899 (Medium resolution).
- Click Done to save your changes.
