Welcome! We're glad you've joined us, and we’ve created a Getting Started guide to help you set up quickly and get down to business.

To access Getting Started:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. At the bottom of the menu, click Getting Started.

Depending on your business needs, you'll answer a few questions about:

  • Your business and contact details
  • Your business needs

  • Setting up your calendar
  • Invoicing and payments
  • Website widgets and your client portal
  • Email and SMS campaigns

We’ll then use this information to customize your personalized platform.

FAQ

How do I clear my cache?

A cache is a temporary storage space used for quick access to frequently used data. It acts like a shortcut, allowing you to access previously viewed web pages, applications, and programs faster.

If you're experiencing slower performance, freezing, or error messages, it could be an issue with your browser's cache.

How to clear your browser's cache:

For browsers not listed here, please see their help centers for instructions.

Tip: Clearing your cache for the past 24 hours or "All Time" is usually more effective than clearing only the last hour's cache.

Error: Safari Can't Open the Page 

This error can occur due to cached data. 

To resolve:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Select Manage Website Data.
  5. Select the platform.
  6. Return to the platform, then click Refresh.

How do I take a screenshot on my device?

Screenshot Tips

Taking screenshots helps our support team identify the issue so we can provide faster response times. 

  • Crop your screenshot: Focus on the relevant part of the screen to make it easier for our team to understand the issue
  • Highlight areas of your screenshot: Use arrows, boxes, or text to point out areas of the screenshot that need attention

You can also attach GIFs to the contact form. To record a GIF, you can use screen recording software such as Loom or Jumpshare.
