How to Interpret Key Metrics on Your Dashboard

 

The dashboard is designed for a smooth and fast experience, loading in under three seconds to improve navigation speed and overall workflow efficiency.

Choose Your Sign-In Destination

This dashboard feature lets you choose where you'd like to land each time you log in to the platform.

To choose your sign-in destination:
  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  4. Under Where would you like to go directly on next sign in?, click the dropdown.
  5. Select your preferred sign-in page.
 

Quick Actions Widget

The Quick Actions widget provides fast access to frequently used actions.

To customize your quick action widgets:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. On the Quick Actions widget, click the edit icon .
  4. Select up to six actions.
  5. Click Save.

Scheduling Widget

The Scheduling widget provides a calendar view of upcoming appointments and bookings.

View Calendar

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. On the Schedule widget, click the Schedule title or View full schedule.

Schedule Appointment

  1. In the Schedule widget, click Schedule Appointment.
  2. Select or add a new client.
  3. Choose a service.
  4. Fill in the appointment details.
  5. Click Schedule Appointment to confirm.

View Bookings

In the Schedule widget, click any of the bookings displayed or select Bookings this month to see all your bookings for the month.

Sales Widget

The Sales widget provides insights into business performance, including revenue, overdue payments, and pending estimates.

  • Click Year to Date to see total revenue, calculated from completed transactions.
  • Click Overdue Payments to view unpaid invoices past their due date and filter by date range.
  • Click Pending Estimates to access active estimates that have not been approved or converted into invoices.

Checkout (Beta)

To take a payment for a product or service:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. In the Sales widget, click the Sales title to open the Checkout page.

Clients Widget

The Clients widget integrates with the CRM for better customer management.

View Clients and Projects (Beta)

To view clients and projects:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. In the Clients widget, click the Clients title to open the Clients page.

Filter Clients by Category

To filter clients on your widget:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. In the Clients widget, click the Projects View dropdown menu.
  4. Select a category.

Campaigns Widget

The Campaigns widget tracks marketing performance, including sent campaigns and client engagement.

View Your Campaigns

To view your campaigns:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. In the Campaigns widget, click Recent campaigns.
Note: If you don’t have any campaigns yet, you’ll be taken to the Announcement Gallery page where you can start creating a new campaign template.

Create a New Campaign

To create a new campaign:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. In the Campaigns widget, click New Campaign.
  4. Select a template or click New Automated Campaign to start from scratch.
