Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Safari
Cookies allow websites to deliver personalized content by remembering your preferences. In Safari, the default settings restrict third-party cookies, but enabling them is necessary for parts of the platform to work correctly.
If you see the message “Looks Like Your Cookies are Disabled”, you can enable third-party cookies on Safari or switch to another web browser. Chrome is recommended for best results.

Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Macbook or Mac Desktop
To enable:
- Open Safari.
- Next to the Apple icon
, click the Safari Menu.
- Select Settings or Preferences. (macOS Monterey 12 or older)
- Click Privacy.
- Uncheck "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking".
- Return to the platform and refresh.
Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Mobile Web Browsers
- Open "Settings" on your iPhone.
- Click Safari.
- Under "Privacy & Security", click Prevent-Cross Site Tracking to turn off.
