Getting Started
- Set Up Your Account: Enter your business details: industry, number of staff, location, and services offered. This helps BizAI deliver accurate recommendations.
- Explore Suggestions: Click Try Conversation Starters to see suggestions in the left pane and explore how BizAI can support your business needs.
Scheduling Response
BizAI identifies scheduling requests in client messages and suggests scheduling actions based on the request. If any information is missing, it will prompt the client for more details. If the requested time is unavailable, you will be notified, and BizAI will propose an alternative time.
To generate an appointment:
- Open the platform.
- Click Inbox.
- Choose a client requesting an appointment.
- Review the suggested date and time.
- BizAI will prompt the Schedule appointment action.
- Click Schedule appointment to create the booking.
Tip: You can schedule actions using Quick Actions.
Estimate Response
When a customer requests an estimate, BizAI prepares a draft for your review based on the provided request details and available services. If additional information is required, BizAI prepares a message you can review and send to the client for further details. It also tracks past estimates to assist in future requests.
To generate an estimate:
- Open the platform.
- Click Inbox.
- Choose a client requesting an estimate.
- Review the details of the client’s request.
- BizAI will prompt the Draft estimate action.
- Click Draft estimate to create the estimate.
Tip: Like scheduling, you can launch estimate actions using Quick Actions.
Settings for AI Recommendations
BizAI gives you and your team the flexibility to turn AI recommendations on or off, ensuring that you remain in full control.
Admin Settings
As an Admin, you can access additional settings to customize how BizAI assists your team:
- Turn off only the Inbox view of AI recommendations, while keeping scheduling and estimate actions active.
- Enable or disable scheduling and estimates individually to match your team’s preferences.
To adjust AI recommendations as an Admin:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click BizAI.
- Click the toggle button.
To adjust AI recommendations as a staff member:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click My Staff Account.
- On the side of the page, click the BizAI tab.
- Click the toggle button.
Enhancing BizAI’s Responses
To improve the quality of BizAI’s responses, provide as much relevant information as possible and offer feedback using the thumbs up/thumbs down icons. This feedback helps BizAI refine its recommendations over time.
Asking Follow-Up Questions
Feel free to ask follow-up questions as long as the BizAI window remains open and unchanged. BizAI will consider your previous questions and responses to provide more contextually relevant answers.
Language Support
BizAI supports all languages available on our platform, ensuring that users from different regions can benefit from its features.

AI Limitations: While BizAI provides valuable insights, it is not a human advisor. Its responses are generated based on language models and may not always be accurate or appropriate for regulatory, legal, or other specific requirements. Always review and modify BizAI’s outputs as needed.
