Why Link with Reserve with Google?

Reserve with Google helps you grow your business, stay organized, and connect with clients. Here's how:

  • Smooth booking: Clients are redirected to the client portal, where they can easily book your services with just a few clicks.
  • Always in sync: Once you link your account, everything updates automatically. Your availability will sync with Google, so you don’t have to worry about missing any appointments.

Requirements

Before you dive in, here are a few things you should know:

  • Google Business Profile: To link with Reserve with Google, you'll need a Google Business Profile. Keep in mind that Google reviews all requests and not all business types are eligible. 
  • Geographic availability: The full list of countries where Reserve by Google is available can be found here.
Important: For the connection to work smoothly, please make sure the business address and phone number you provide match exactly with what’s listed on Google. If they don’t match, the sync may not be successful.

How to Set Up Your Account

To set up your account:

  1. Open the platform and click App Market.
  2. Select Reserve with Google.
  3. Click Install app.
  4. Click Start now and enter your business details.
  5. Review and click Submit to Google.

What Happens Next?

After completing the setup, be sure to have at least one service listed as available for online booking. If none of your services are ready for use, they'll show as unavailable, and that'll effect what clients see when they try to book through the client portal.  

Google will review your request up to 10 days. Once approved, you'll see the "Book" button on your Google Business Profile page. Any updates to your profile may take up to 24 hours to appear, and from there, your bookings will sync in real time between the platform and Google.

Tip: Google may approve your account within a few days, so be sure to check your profile regularly to see if the button has been added.

How to Disconnect from Reserve with Google

To disconnect Reserve with Google from your account:

  1. Open the platform and go to Online Presence.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Reserve with Google.
  3. At the top, next to "Reserve with Google," click the more options icon .
  4. Select Disconnect.
  5. Confirm your choice and click the Disconnect button.
