Using Caller ID
Caller ID reveals the names of your existing contacts when they call, so you can:
- Prioritize calls: Identify important clients and respond quickly
- Personalize the conversation: Greet them by name and address their specific needs
- Boost client experience: Leave a positive impression with thoughtful interactions
Caller ID is a good solution for staff members who don’t want to mix business contacts with personal contacts on their mobile devices, but still want to know who is calling.

Using Caller ID
When using app Caller ID, you'll see the client's name and number. You'll also see their contact information on your "Recent Calls" list (Not available on Samsung devices).
When typing a phone number that's also in your platform contacts, you'll also see the client's contact information.
Note: Caller ID syncs with your phone every time you open the app, but it can take up to 10 minutes to complete.
