Assign messages and appointments to other staff members

With the Team account you can dispatch clients contacts and scheduling request to between different staff members.


You can choose to assign a single engagement, or multiple, to specific staff members.

  • In your vCita inbox, check the engagements you wish to assign to specific staff member.
  • Click on the Assign button


  • Select the staff member from your staff list. You can include any specific notes if needed.


  • The staff member will receive an email notification that a specific engagement was assigned and can reply to the client or reschedule if necessary. The customer will not receive a notification when this occurs.
