When you accept a new appointment request on vCita, both you and your client will receive an email confirmation that includes the appointment information and an .ics file. This .ics file lets the meeting be automatically added to your personal calendar.
In case the meeting was added to your calendar in a different time then appears in the email notification you should make sure the time zone on your personal calendar is configured properly.
