To see vcita appointments in your external calendar, sync your vcita calendar with your Google or Outlook calendar using the 2-way sync.

When an appointment is scheduled in vcita, it will be created in your synced calendar automatically. However, it is possible that your vcita calendar and your synced calendar are not set to the same time zone.

Verify that your time zone settings are accurate in your vcita account. Check under Settings > Availability and Calendar.
