Appointments are not added to my calendar in the correct time/ How to edit your calendar timezone

When you accept a new appointment request on vCita, you and your client will receive an email confirmation that includes the appointment information and an ics file, and the meeting will be automatically added to your calendar.
In case the meeting was added to your calendar in a different time then appears in the email notification  you should make sure the time zone on your calendar is configured properly.
