Sync Your Personal Calendar With vcita
vcita can pull busy times from your personal calendar to make sure you are never booked at the same time as personal appointments or events.
We recommend that you sync the personal calendar associated with the same email used for your vcita account so that appointments are pulled and pushed to the same calendar. For example, if you want your meetings to appear on your Google calendar, make sure your vcita account email is set to the same Gmail account.
Events on your personal calendar that are marked as "busy" (this is an appointment status setting in your personal calendar) will sync to your vcita calendar. Appointments set as tentative or free will not. The synced events will affect your availability for appointments booked through vcita.
- To get started, go to Settings > Staff; or just Settings, for non-admin staff members.
- Hover over your account, click the 3-dot icon which appears, and select Staff Settings.
- Switch to the My Schedule tab and scroll down to the Calendar Sync section.
- Select your calendar provider from the list. Currently, vcita supports Google calendar and Outlook.
