Why should I sync my Calendar with vCita

When you synchronize your own calendar (Google, Outlook, iCloud etc) with vCita, your availability will be displayed based on the information that is retrieved from your calendar.
Times that are marked as "busy" on your calendar, will be excluded from your vCita availability and clients won't be able to select these times.
Other settings that determine your availability display on vCita are:

  • Your General Business Hours and calendar Interval settings which can be edited on your Calendar settings page.
  • The Service/Meeting duration as configured on your Services Settings page
