If you have just synchronized your calendar with vCita and you would like to ensure your availability is displayed properly go to your Services settings page then click on Test-drive your availability.
Select any of the services then you will view your availability on vCita just as your clients will see it.
Please note that only events that are marked as "busy" on your calendar will be excluded from your vCita availability.
To check if an event on your Google calendar is marked as busy, click to edit or view the event on your calendar.
Scroll to the bottom of the event page to alter the "Show me as" setting.
For Outlook, open/edit the event on your calendar and make sure the appointment is Show as: Busy
