Yes, you can send an email to your client(s) inviting them to schedule a service. You can also invite them to visit your client portal, pay for a service, or share a file with you.

Send multiple clients an email invitation to schedule
To send one client an email invitation to schedule a service, please do the following:
- Search for the client in the search field in the upper right corner or by clicking on Clients
- Click on the client to open the client card
- Click on the "Invite via Email" button
- Select "Schedule"
- Adjust the link options as desired
- Click on "Continue"
- The Send an email invitation screen will appear
- From here, you can edit the sender, email subject, message, and the text on the Schedule button
- When finished, click on "Send"
To send multiple clients an email invitation to schedule a service, please do the following:
- Click on Clients
- Click on the "Invite via Email" button
- Search for the client(s) by name, email, or tag
- Select the client(s)
- Select "Continue"
- Click on "Schedule"
- Adjust the link options as desired
- Click on "Continue"
- The Send an email invitation screen will appear
- From here, you can edit the sender, email subject, message, and the text on the Schedule button
- When finished, click on "Send"
