Setting up Your Services Menu
Your services menu is a list of all the services that your business offers - this is the menu that clients access to book online with you. In the example above, you can see that services are arranged into categories. You can customize the appearance of your own service menu in a few different ways. To get started, navigate to Settings > My Services.
As you edit your services menu, you can preview your service menu by clicking the Preview as a client button at the top of the page.
Make sure you have already added all the services you need to your services list.
Your services will appear on the service menu in the same order as they appear in your service settings page. Click the handle which appears to the left of each service when hovering over it to click and drag services into a new order.
Move Services Between Categories
You won't be able to click and drag a service into a different category. Instead, click on the service to edit its service settings. Choose the new category from the dropdown.
To hide a service from the service menu, click on the service to edit its service settings. Uncheck the 'Show this service' checkbox.
Creating categories is a great way to group similar services and help your clients find what they're looking for. They appear as distinct sections in online scheduler.
To add a category, just click the Add Category button near the top of the page.
Use the arrow buttons in the upper right-hand corner of any category to move it above or below an adjacent category.
Click the ⋮ icon in the upper right-hand corner of any category and select Delete to delete it. If the category has services in it, the services will automatically be moved into the category above it (or below if it is the top category). You may not delete all categories.
