Where do I see booking requests? Will appointments appear on my existing calendar?

When clients submit a booking request, you will receive an email with a link to accept or reject it.
When you accept an appointment, a confirmation email is sent to you and the client, and the appointment automatically appear on your existing calendar (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCal, etc).

We recommend that the email configured at vCita is being read at the same service where you keep your calendar (e.g. if you want your meetings to appear on your Gmail calendar, you would set vCita's email to be sent to your Gmail account).
