Does my client need to create an account before scheduling an appointment?
No, clients are not required to set up an account in advance.
When a new client schedules an appointment with you, they will need to provide the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
You can require more information by adding additional fields in Settings > Client Card or add a client-intake for to any of your services in Settings > My Services. For more details on this, check out our article Can I request more information from clients that are scheduling an appointment?
Once they are added to your client list, your client will be able to log into their account, via your client portal, using the email they initially provided.
