Two of the many unique options that vCita offers are the LiveSite Widget and the LiveSite Client Portal. We care not only about your experience, but also about your customer's experience.
The LiveSite Widget can be added to almost any website, and gives your potential and existing clients direct access to your business calendar, invoices/payments and more (depending upon your settings). You are able to customize the widget's text and colors to best fit your business needs, and you even customize which actions display!
LiveSite Widget Functionality Example (Desktop)
LiveSite provides your clients a personalized experience when they visit your website - transforming your website into a self-service client portal. The LiveSite Client Portal can be accessed via any confirmation/reminder email received by your client, as well as when a returning client visits your website. The LiveSite will automatically recognize returning clients and welcome them back.
Clients can review their prior requests, upcoming appointments, invoices and more directly from this portal. More importantly, they can also initiate new contact with your business through the portal!

Invoices & Payments
Using the payment module that vCita offers you can collect payment online from any customer, anywhere, 24/7. You may choose to connect your PayPal or Stripe account with vCita via Settings > Payments.
Whether you send an invoice, collect payment up-front for a service, or include a link to payment in an email campaign- vCita helps ensure you get paid. All payments are conveniently stored in your Payment Summary, and we'll even remind you if an invoice becomes past due.

Contact & Lead Capturing
You can use vCita's Contact Form, LiveSite Widget or contact request action link to easily and efficiently capture leads on any page of your website, social media and even through your email campaigns.
