At vCita, we are continuously working to expand upon our language offerings, so you can provide the best possible service to your customers in their native language.
To update the language in the vCita account, please do the following:
- Click on Settings > Business Info
- Scroll down to the section Admin Account
- In the Language field, select the desired language
- Once updated, click the "Save" button at the top of the page
We currently offer translations for the following languages:
|Português||Deutsch||Polski||English (Great Britain)|
If we do not offer a translation of your preferred language, please check out our article Choose Your Language to review your options for customizing vCIta to fit your language needs.
Please Note: There are some very small portions of the client card, client portal, and website widget that are hard coded with English and cannot be localized. Be sure when setting up your account to go into these section to update the English fields to your desired language.
