How can I change the email address on my account?
To change the email address assigned to your vCita account navigate to Settings > Business Info and update the "Account Email" field in the Admin Account section. This email address will be the address that notifications and reminders are sent to, as well as the email you use to log into your vCita account.
To update the email address for your staff members while logged in as the Admin, navigate to Settings > Staff and click the pencil icon next to the staff member. The "Email" field under Account Details can be edited. Once updated, just click "Save."
If you get the 'Please fix the errors below' message, your email address may already be in use on another vcita account or an older vcita account. You can locate the account and change the email address on that account or contact support if you need to reuse the email address.
