How to CC additional email addresses on all account notifications
All Email notifications, such as form submissions, payments, appointments requests, and cancellations, will be sent to the primary email address on the vcita account. You can also configure the account to send these notifications to additional email inboxes.
To cc additional emails on all notifications for the account:
- Click on Settings > Inbox & Leads
- In the "Additional Emails" field enter all the email addresses you want to be cc'd - be sure to separate each email address with a semicolon (;)
- Click the "Save" button at the top, once all email addresses have been entered
Note: Email accounts that are specified in the "Additional emails" field will be CC'ed on all notifications.
