All Email notifications, such as form submissions, payments, appointments requests, and cancellations, will be sent to the primary email address on the vCita account. You can also configure the account to send these notifications to additional email inboxes.
To configure additional emails to receive all notifications for the account, please do the following:
- Click on Settings > Inbox & Leads
- In the "Additional Emails" field enter in all the email address you want cc'd - be sure to separate each email address with a semicolon (;)
- Click the "Save" button at the top, once all email addresses have been entered
Please Note: Email accounts that are specified in the "Additional emails" field will be CC'ed on all notifications and will not receive the ICS calendar sync file. This file is necessary to add an appointment to a personal calendar. Therefore, if the calendars of the CC'd email addresses wish to have the appointments on their calendar, they will need to add the appointments manually.
