Can I customize the auto reply messages sent to my clients?
Yes, you can customize the auto-replies within your vcita account. To get started, log into vcita and navigate to Settings > Auto Client Messages. There are four auto-reply sections. Bookings, Payments, Messsages & Documents and SMS Settings. Remember to click Save to save any changes.
Booking Request Auto Reply
|Bookings||✓||✓||This message is sent to your clients after they book an appointment.|
|Bookings||✓||✓||Reminder messages are sent to your client before their upcoming appointment. You can set up to two. Determine how far in advance to send the reminder, or disable either one using the dropdown menus.|
|Post-Appointment Follow-Up||Bookings||✓||✗||The post-appointment follow-up message can be configured to deliver automatically after an appointment ends, manually, or disabled.|
The notification sent to your client when you issue a new invoice.
|Overdue Invoice Reminder||Payments||✓||✓||
This notification is sent a set amount of time after an invoice becomes overdue, as determined by the terms of the invoice.
The notification sent to your client when you issue a new estimate.

This notification is sent a set amount of time before the estimate expires, as determined by the terms of the estimate.

This auto-response is sent to the client after a message or document is received.
