You can view the request on your mobile device and immediately reply back to your client, call the client back, or if an appointment is requested – confirm the time and add it to your calendar.
To enable Text Notifications on your vCita account follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Inbox & Leads.
- Check the When the vCita App in installed, you will receive mobile notifications for new messages, appointment request and updates, new payments etc. option and enter your mobile phone number starting with your area code.
- Click on Save.
