Get Notifications on Your Mobile Phone
You can set up your vCita to send either text or push notifications on whenever a booking request, contact request or payment is received. View requests on your mobile device and immediately reply, call the client back, or confirm appointments and add them to your calendar.
Single Account
To enable mobile notifications on your vCita account follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Inbox & Leads
- Check the boxes in the Notifications section depending on whether you would like to receive text notifications, mobile app notifications or both
- Click on "Save" to save your changes
Please Note: To enable Mobile app notifications, you will need to download the vCita app on your mobile device from your app store
Multi-Staff Account
You can enable mobile notifications per staff member on a multi-staff account.
- Navigate to Settings > Staff
- Click on the 3 dots next to the staff member and select "Staff Settings"
- Switch to the "My Notifications" tab and, depending on whether you would like to receive text notifications, mobile app notifications or both, check the boxes
- Click "Save Changes" to save your settings
Please Note: To enable Mobile app notifications, you will need to download the vCita app on your mobile device from your app store.
