How do I Cancel my Subscription?

Close Your Account

Thinking about leaving? Reach out to our customer support team for assistance or if you'd prefer, you can close your account yourself. If you choose to close your account, it will expire and you'll no longer have access to it.

To close your account:

  1. Open the platform and click Settings.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Click the Close Account link under the “Change Plan” button
  4. Click the Permanently close my account button.
Note: If you decide to come back later, your account data will be saved and ready for you.

Deactivate Your Account

Deactivating your account works the same as closing. It will expire at the end of your billing cycle but your data will stay safe. To reactivate, simply log in and upgrade to a paid plan. Everything will be right where you left off.

Can I freeze my account?

While you can’t freeze your account, you can cancel it for now and come back anytime whenever you’re ready.

Delete Your Account

Your account data won’t be deleted when you close your account. If you'd like to permanently delete your account and all associated information, please contact support with a deletion request. Keep in mind that account deletion is permanent and irreversible, so your data will be lost.

Remove Widgets After Deletion

When you delete your account, the widgets on your website won't be automatically removed. You'll need to remove them manually.
