Welcome to your White Label Partner account

As a vCita While Label partner, you can sell vCita services under your own brand and fully own your relationship with your clients. Specifically, set your own pricing structure and marketing strategy.

How does a White Label account Looks like?

When you complete the White Label account settings, your clients will access your subdomain URL in order to login to their dashboard. They will also see your logo and brand color as in the images below:

There are 3 main settings you need to complete:

1. Name and Domain

2. Branding settings

3. Dashboard links

1. Name and Domain:

Please note: In order to secure your and our clients privacy, if you would like to use your own subdomain for your vCita White Label account, you should provide us with a SSL certificate for your White Label subdomain.

If you do not wish to purchase a certificate, you can work under our white labeled subdomain - "MyClients.io"
(e.g. "mycomany.myclients.io")

Setting up under myclients.io sudomain

Navigate to White Label Settings and select Main

 whitelabelsettings2.PNGwhitelabelsettings2.PNG

  • Set you Brand Name - This name will be shown on every vCita account you create - on the dashboard, emails etc. , replacing the "vCita” branding

  • Create your Subdomain - The subdomain will be used as the unique URL to your branded service, until you set your Host-Mapping. You can use any name you want - the URL created will be in the format: “<Subdomain-name>.myclients.io”.

Setting up using your own subdomain

If you would like to use your own subdomain, you should provide us with SSL certificate, and with these specific certificate parts:

1. Public part of the certificate in .crt or .pem format.
2. SSL CA intermediate certs in .crt or .pem format.
3. Private part of the certificate .key format (If you are asked to provide CSR, in order to download the private key, you can generate one here)
4. On your DNS registrar, Set a CNAME record for your domain name to point to "myclients.io". (More information can be found in this article under "How to change your CNAME record" section below).

Once you have all the certificate parts above, upload them here and also mention the subdoamin you wish to use for your White Label account.

You should receive a confirmation that the certificate was installed for your account. Please allow 48 hours or contact support here

Complete the White Label settings on your vCita account as below:

Navigate to White Label Settings and select Main

  • Set you Brand Name - This name will be shown on every vCita account you create - on the dashboard, emails etc. , replacing the vCita” branding

  • Create your Subdomain - The subdomain will be used as the unique URL to your branded service, until you set your Host-Mapping. You can use any name you want - the URL created will be in the format: “<Subdomain-name>.myclients.io”.

  • Set your Host Mapping - Allows you to provide the vCita complete service under your domain.
Here you should add the URL of the host under which the vCita dashboard will be shown to your clients.
First, in your DNS, you should map this host to your vCita subdomain. Once this is set, add the host url in the
“Host Mapping” field to activate. See instructions below on how to set up a cName record.

2. Branding Settings

This section lets you customize the dashboard colors and logo to match your own brand:

  • Add your Logo by clicking the “Choose File” button. This logo will be shown on the upper left corner of your clients’ dashboard, login screen and more - Replacing the vCita logo.

  • Customize the Dashboard colors the match your brand.

3. Dashboard Links:

You can add navigation links to the dashboard:

  • Support URL / Email - Add a URL or an Email for your clients to contact you if they need help with their account. Setting this will add a “Contact Us” link in the footer, as well as a “Support” link on the upper right corner.

  • Home URL - Allows you to add a link to your homepage (You website, or other URL relevant for your brand). Setting this will add a Home link to the footer.

To disable any of the links, simply leave the field empty.

How to change your CNAME record

Depending on your domain registrar, you may need to make changes to your CNAME record in order for your site to be mapped:

1. Decide on a host mapping that will be used for vCita, e.g.example.companyname.com - or any other free address you have.
2. Set the CNAME address in your DNS to point to companyname.myclients.io
Please note: this must be set as CNAME only, and there should only be one instance of this added to your DNS settings.
3. Set the host mapping field on your White Label settings to
example.companyname.com  - or any other address that you choose.
4. Go to example.companyname.com/touch - if your DNS mapping is ok, this will verify the host mapping and you can connect to example.companyname.com
If the verification was unsuccessful, you can still connect to  companyname.myclients.io.

I like the idea of the white label program and the pricing is fine but would it take that much work to develop some white label videos and ads for companies that sign up for the program ?

    Just a though
