Can I receive a copy of the emails sent to my clients from vcita while setting up and testing the account?
When creating a new account for your client, all notifications from vcita will be sent to their email. vcita will also send all notifications to your email as well, to allow you to test all settings and changes you've made.
When you are ready, you can disable receiving email notification from your client's business activities (they will still get all their notifications).
- Visit your Partner Dashboard.
- Click Login as next to the client account.
- In the client account, navigate to Settings > Inbox and Leads.
- Remove your email address from the Additional Emails field.
- Click Save Changes.
