How can I set a reminder to follow up with a client?

vCita offers the option to set a reminder to follow up with clients at a specific time.
To set it up, you should access the specific engagement with a specific client through your vCita Inbox (Or search the client's name and select the specific engagement with the client)  

Within the engagement, click on Follow Up button and select your preferred time.

At the right time, the engagement will appear at the top of your inbox and you will also receive an email reminder.





For your convenience, the engagement will be saved under the Follow Up folder in your Inbox. And you can also mark it as Closed if no additional follow up is required.
