Add new contacts

 

You can manage your contacts and clients right from your vCita dashboard.
Whenever a new client contacts or schedules with you through vCita, a Client Card is automatically created in your vCita account with all the information the client had provided.

You can also add new clients and contacts to your vCita account even if the client never contacted you before.

To add a new contact click on Clients on the main menu and then click on New button.

Provide the client's default information like email, first and last name and even upload your clients photo.
You can add more fields to the Client Card and save more information about your clients as you require.

You can also add clients without an email address. To enable that option, navigate to Settings > Scheduling Options menu.
Under Email clients check the box next to Add or schedule with new clients without providing an email address.
If you have enabled SMS reminders to clients for scheduled appointments, and you've updated the client's phone number in the client card, SMS reminder will be sent to your client. Click here to learn more.
