Branding the Client Portal

You are able to customize the LiveSite Client Portal, scheduling, and contact request screens to best match your business. These colors will also be applied to the automatic emails that your customers receiving during the contact process.

If you have a multi-staff account these color configurations will apply for all your staff members to present a unified branded experience. Click here to see more examples. Users on the Enterprise subscription can choose to have these colors applied to the back-end of their vCita account by enabling the "Dashboard branding" option which is pictured below. 

To edit the LiveSite branding on your account, navigate to Settings > Business Info and click on Branding and advanced settings

You can upload your company logo and change the colors for the scheduler header, including text color and set up a theme color. Please note: the second theme color-box pictured above will be applied to the buttons in your automatic emails, so we suggest using a darker color to ensure readability.
