Document Sharing & Reporting

As vCita continues to grow, we are always looking for more solutions to help your business function as smoothly as possible. We are happy to announce two new exciting features that will make your life easier: Document Sharing and Reporting.

vCita Document Sharing lets you and your customers quickly share documents through your vCita account. Documents are available for viewing for a minimum of two weeks (depending upon your subscription type) and the per-file size limit is 10MB. Clients are notified via email with a link to view the document. Learn more about Document Sharing

vCita Reporting allows you to track client card information, meeting information, and LiveSite widget views. To access these features, simply log into your vCita account and click Reports from the main menu. Learn more about Reporting features
