Why is my zoom link missing?
While it is unlikely, one issue that you may run into when using our integration with Zoom is a missing meeting link for your appointments.
One thing that might cause this issue to begin happening is if you are attempting to use your zoom account with more than one vcita account. We currently do not support using the same zoom account for multiple vcita accounts as it can cause this missing Zoom link issue.
If you only have one vcita account that you are using with Zoom then disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom integration should fix the issue. You can see how to disconnect and reconnect your Zoom by clicking here.
Keep in mind that this will not automatically generate a link for the appointments that were missing links. Cancel the current appointment and set a new one to create a new appointment with a link.
