My calendar is blocked by (Sync) synced Events
When you have an external calendar connected/synced to your vcita account any events you have on that calendar will show up as (Sync) in your vcita calendar. This is done to help differentiate between personal and vcita appointments. As these events come from your external calendar and are not vcita specific events they cannot be managed from within vcita.
It is important to note, that if the external events are marked as "busy" in your external calendar, then these (Sync) events will block out time in your vcita Business Availability.
To remove/update these events you will need to access your external calendar and change them there. Once you have made changes to these events in your Synced calendar they will be reflected in your vcita calendar.
