Troubleshooting the mobile app

If you are experiencing strange behavior or slowness with the mobile app, try the following basic troubleshooting steps that usually help to fix minor issues.

  1. Make sure that you are on a reliable, high-speed network. Your cellular network may be running slow - try switching to wifi.
  2. Close background apps to improve performance speed. 
  3. Check to see if your phone is updated to the latest OS version. Update and restart your phone if required.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Delete the app, then power off your device to clear the cache.  Then reinstall the app.
