How to Unsubscribe From SMS Alerts
Unsubscribing from SMS promotions and alerts is easy. Your client can simply reply STOP to any text message in order to unsubscribe. Message UNSTOP to subscribe again.
Providing a way to opt-out is a good marketing practice. Want to make it easy for your clients to unsubscribe? Make sure to let them know how when you send a campaign:
You can even add instructions to your automated booking messages under Settings > Auto Client Messages.
(Your clients will still receive notifications via email if they choose to opt out)
