Connect your account to Meshulam (Grow)
Meshulam (Grow) is one of the payment gateways the platform with to process payments. If you have a Meshulam (Grow) account, you can start accepting payments right away.
Note: Meshulam (Grow) is available to Israeli clients, and will only appear to accounts that have their location set to Israel.
Connecting your account to your Meshulam (Grow) account.
- Start in your dasboard.
- Open the App Market
- Select משולם (Grow):
- Open the Grow app:
- If you do not yet have a Grow account, click on "Sign Up".
- After signing up, you will receive an email directly from Meshulam, prompting you to set up your Grow account. This process will take up to 48 hours.
- Once your Grow account is created, you will receive a notification from Meshulam, and you can find the Grow app in your App Market again.
- Enter your Business Details, and click on "continue":
- After logging in, you will see the Mesulam (Grow) payment processor in your Payment Settings page:
Note: When processing refunds for payments made via Meshulam (Grow), The refund will be processed in Meshulam automatically, and a Meshulam refund invoice will automatically replace the original Meshulam invoice.
Invoices
If the business is connected to Meshulam's receipts functionality, then those will be shown in the platform as well.
Otherwise, no receipts will be shown for those payments in the platform. This means that חשבונית ירוקה is not supported in the platform for example.
Important: When connected to Meshulam (Grow) as a payment processor, the business will not be able to connect to PayPal Wallet as a payment processor.
Important: Saving clients' credit cards is not yet available in the Meshulam integration to platform.
Note: we do not process funds or charge transaction fees on Meshulam (Grow) transactions. the platform funnels payments through your selected payment gateway. If you have questions regarding fees or payouts, please contact Meshulam (Grow) support.
