Automated text messages and SMS marketing campaigns

Automated text messages such as appointment reminders or invoice notifications and campaign SMS are limited to 160 characters or 70 non-English characters. Please keep in mind that transactional text message notifications typically contain a link, which is about 30 characters long.

Direct Text Messaging

Two-way texting giving you a higher character limit for text messages you send directly to clients. You can send up to 550 characters English or non-English. This does not change the character limit for automated texts and SMS marketing campaigns.
